DSGpay is seeking a senior operations officer with proven experience in payment solutions and financial services. The senior operations officer is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the financial institution. This includes managing a team of operations staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing and implementing operational policies and procedures. The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
