DSGpay seeking a Senior Operations Officer with proven experience in payment solutions and financial services.  

DSGPay is a leading payment service provider based in Asia. We specialize in cross-border payments, collections, and virtual accounts, serving a wide range of customers. 

The Senior Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the financial institution. This includes managing a team of operations staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing and implementing operational policies and procedures. The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of global operations, including account balance management, payment processing, transaction settlement, cash management, reconciliation, and FX transactions.
  • Develop and optimize operational policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency across payment and transaction processes.
  • Assist in leading and mentoring the operations team, and providing coaching and development opportunities.
    Ensure smooth execution of international and domestic payments (SWIFT, IBAN, BSBs, ABA numbers, and local rails) and settlements.
  • Monitor transaction flows and operational metrics to identify risks, exceptions, and inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage relationships with banks, custodians, and third-party vendors to ensure service quality and resolve escalations.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives such as process automation, system upgrades, and operational scaling.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of operational activities to senior management.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial operations.
  • Strong expertise in payment operations, settlement processes, reconciliation, and FX transaction management.
  • In-depth knowledge of international and domestic payment systems (SWIFT, IBAN, BSBs, ABA numbers, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions with accuracy and control.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and drive improvements.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and operational platforms commonly used in the industry.
