DSGpay Seeking an Senior Operation Officer with proven experience in payment solutions and financial services.

DSGPay is a leading payment service provider based in Asia. We specialize in cross-border payments, collections, and virtual accounts, serving a wide range of customers including payment providers/digital wallets, fintech companies, e-commerce platforms, and mobile/online games.

The Senior Operation Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the financial institution. This includes managing a team of operations staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing and implementing operational policies and procedures. The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

DSG’s Account Manager/ Data Analyst sales contributes to the BD division to improve financial growth. It involves working as an advocate for an account and managing data with the IT department and Operations for delivery of service. Coordination and a willingness to problem solve are highly desirable.  The role is highly collaborative between departments and Accounts. The role is an integral part  of the successful management of accounts to help support BD and increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue for the organization.
