DSGpay Seeking an Senior Operation Officer with proven experience in payment solutions and financial services.

DSGPay is a leading payment service provider based in Asia. We specialize in cross-border payments, collections, and virtual accounts, serving a wide range of customers including payment providers/digital wallets, fintech companies, e-commerce platforms, and mobile/online games.

The Senior Operation Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the financial institution. This includes managing a team of operations staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing and implementing operational policies and procedures. The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the financial institution, including account opening, trade settlement, cash management, and reconciliation.
  • Manage and develop a team of operations staff, including setting goals and objectives, conducting performance reviews, and providing coaching and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop and implement risk management strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Participate in strategic planning and budgeting activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of operational data to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations or related fields in the financial industry, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures
  • In depth knowledge of Swift, and in country payment methods, such as IBAN, BSB’s, ABA Number, etc..
  • Speak and write fluent Thai and English.
  • Experience in managing risk and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and systems used in the financial industry.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
