Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Marketing Administrator to support our marketing and digital growth. This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, coordination, and execution, ensuring campaigns, content, events, and reporting run smoothly, gaining hands-on exposure to fintech marketing, digital channels, and data-driven decision-making.

Job Requirements

Marketing Operations & Administration

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the marketing team, ensuring smooth coordination of campaigns and initiatives
  • Manage team schedules, marketing calendars, meetings, and internal workflows
  • Maintain organized marketing assets, documentation, and digital file systems

Content & Marketing Support

  • Updating marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, sales decks, product guides, and website content
  • Managing of the content calendar across digital channels
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external vendors when required

Digital Marketing Support

  • Executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, and web
  • Research into marketing channels, competitors, and industry trends
  • Manage marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email tools, CMS, analytics dashboards)

Data & Reporting

  • Set up and maintain marketing performance tracking systems
  • Collect, organize, and prepare data on campaign performance, website traffic, and engagement metrics
  • Manage team in preparing regular marketing reports and insights

Events & Partnerships

  • Research relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Support event logistics, registrations, materials, and post-event follow-ups
  • Communication with partners, vendors, and industry contacts

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with teams to ensure marketing activities align with business and regulatory requirements
  • Support internal communication and coordination related to marketing initiatives

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in marketing functions,
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Exposure to email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, or similar)
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, i.e., social media, email, and website
  • Familiarity with simple performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics (viewing reports, not advanced analysis)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
