Bahtsmart operates as a regulated financial services provider licensed by the Bank of Thailand (BOT) and is subject to applicable Thai financial, AML/CTF, and regulatory requirements.
The role works closely with the Risk & Compliance Manager and business units to ensure risks associated with BOT regulatory obligations, industry standards, and business operations are effectively managed within the Company’s risk appetite. The position supports the development and maintenance of risk frameworks, oversight of compliance-related risks, risk reporting to senior management, and the integration of sound risk management practices across Bahtsmart’s operations.
