DSGPay is a fast-growing fintech company and global payment solutions provider that enables individuals and businesses to seamlessly send and receive money across borders. Established in Singapore in 2014, DSGPay holds regulatory licenses to operate in key markets, including Australia, Hong Kong, and Thailand. With a strong focus on security, reliability, and ease of use, DSGPay specialises in facilitating efficient and secure money transfers across Oceania, Asia, the UK, EU, and USA.

The head of finance will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of DSGPay’s finance function, ensuring financial accountability, rigor, and growth alignment. This role will support the company’s transition from managing compliance obligations to driving business expansion through advanced financial frameworks, increased scalability, and a value-oriented approach.

Key Objectives:

Strategic Finance Leadership: Develop and implement a “future state” blueprint for the finance function that supports DSGPay’s growth trajectory over the next 3-5 years.
Financial Framework Development: Establish a robust financial management framework, including budgeting, reporting, and reconciliation processes, to support the scalability of the business.
Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the production of accurate financial statements, ensure compliance with audits, and manage external funding requirements
Business Performance Management: Implement an MIS reporting system to provide actionable insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks and put mitigation strategies in place to protect the business’s financial health and reputation.
Team Leadership: Manage and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture that is aligned with DSGPay’s growth strategy.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the finance function’s key representative to external parties, including regulators, auditors, and banking partners.

Role Requirements:

Team Leadership: Experience in building and managing high-performing teams, with a focus on scalability and long-term growth.
Financial Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial processes, reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation.
Global Exposure: Experience working in a global organization with an understanding of multi-jurisdictional financial compliance and regulations.
Qualification: A Master’s degree in Business or Finance, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification.
Languages: Fluent in English.
