Job Requirements:

  • Ensuring all payments are made on time.
  • Generate payment batch file to all banking partners and other payment partners 
  • Ensure all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner, complying with all Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ensure new customers are on board in a timely manner.
  • Work alongside with manager and customer support to help to complete daily activities.
  • Ensuring all payments are recorded all the time.
  • Reconcile the customer’s payment against the customer’s order.
  • Contact and deal with customer issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Considerable knowledge of Foreign Exchange operational functions, systems, policies and procedures
  • Ability to speak, read and write English and Thai. 
  • Excellent organizational, managerial and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional customer orientation and ability to balance the needs of clients and team members Process improvement or re-design certifications/experience.
  • Impeccable analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
